What asset types are supported?

Currently, Multifamily (apartments, condos, workforce housing) and Industrial (warehouse, flex, NNN distribution) are fully supported. Retail, Office, and Mixed-Use are in development.

Is this real institutional underwriting or a simplified model?

Our model replicates LFO Capital's actual acquisition underwriting — a 10-year DCF with vacancy, bad debt, expense escalations, debt service waterfall, IRR, DSCR, and intrinsic valuation. Every assumption is disclosed and can be overridden. It's not a simplified "rule of thumb" model.

Do you store my deal data securely?

Yes. All deal data is stored with encryption on our secure servers. Uploaded OMs are stored in a private filesystem with user-specific paths. We do not share or sell your deal data.
